EMAC Spring Conference 2027 : Frequently Asked Questions
The deadline for authors to register is April 8, 2027. If the presenting author is NOT registered by April 8, 2027, the paper/special session will NOT be included in the programme.
The conference early bird registration ends on April 15, 2027.

The programme will be available via the Programme page of this website.
There will be no day delegates rates available for the conference. There is only the option to pay for full registration. The accompanying person’s fee is NOT for co-authors. This fee gives access only to the welcome reception and conference dinner, NOT to the conference.
We request that all registrations are paid online. Neither pro forma nor regular invoices can be issued before the registration. Invoices will be sent upon completion of the registration ONLY.
All payments must be made in EUROS (€) to ensure that the full amount is received.
There are no additional fees unless your bank apply bank charges for international payments.
No, we can only accept card payments by VISA Credit and MasterCard.
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of payment receipt.
We are able to issue an invitation letter once we have received your completed registration and payment. Please make this request by sending an email to emac2027@thetriumph.com. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice and it will be sent by email. Please note that is it your responsibility to check the Visa Entry Regulations into Italy and further information can be found by clicking here.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travelling and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.
It can take up to five working days to process your registration and email you your confirmation and receipt/invoice. If you have not heard back after five days, please email almarteaux@emac.academy.
